Sentinel Electric, Inc. is looking for an electrical equipment test technician for the Georgia area. Work would be performed in either power plants or electrical substations.

Maintenance and testing of circuit breakers (SF6, oil, vacuum and air), high voltage transformers, CT’s, CCVT’s, PT’s, battery systems, MOD’s, ground grid etc.

Additionally applicant may be used to terminate and test control circuitry.

Be familiar with as many as the above mentioned tests in "Responsibilities"

Be capable of scheduling and completing testing with minimum supervision

Understand and follow applicable clearance, grounding and safety practices and procedures

Quickly learn and apply test procedure for various types of substation equipment

Self-motivated

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Exercises good communication, organizational and time management skills

Ability and willingness to work out of town
